He is a company shareholder appointed as Chief Executive Officer of Bobcat North America.
Billy has twenty-five plus years of experience in waste management and a comprehensive experience in acquiring other waste and recycling companies. He has been a part of several large waste companies over the course of his career holding a multitude of high level positions.
Robert is a true professional and has over twenty-five plus years of financial experience with a very strong track record of success in the waste industry. He like Mr. Dietrich has been a part of several large waste companies over the course of his career holding a multitude of high level positions.
Jerry Church has more than twenty-five years of experience in Transportation Management with the last ten years being in the solid waste industry. Mr. Church serves as the VP of Operations for Bobcat North America, prior to his current role was the VP of Operations for Inland Waste Solutions, LLC. His leadership positions prior to joining Inland includes; Vice President of Operations at Velocity Express, and Logistics Center Manager at Penske.
Hunter has 27 years of experience in the solid waste management industry. His experience includes the management of hauling companies, material recovery facilities, transfer stations and landfills. He has been involved in the growth of some of the largest companies in America. Also, he was President and co-owner of his own company and helped grow the company into one of the top 100 largest waste hauling and disposal companies in North America.
Stephen has twenty-seven years of consumer services experience with the most recent five years being in the field of waste management/recycling. Along with that he has over eight plus years of logistics, transportation, and distribution experience. During his career, has held a multitude of leadership and management positions within Operations Management, Customer Service, National Account Sales, and Sales Management.
Jim has over 26 years of Waste Industry experience. Career highlights; Managing the Maintenance and Fleet Purchasing program for 120 plus locations, fleet of 2600 plus trucks and purchasing thousands of trucks, along with Landfill yellow iron for almost two decades. Converted one of the countries single site largest fleets, 600 + trucks, from antiquated equipment and facilities to one of the country’s best laid out facilities, implemented a new state of the art maintenance programs. Extended drain synthetic oil test in conjunction with ExxonMobil and Mack trucks, setting precedence and new industry standards. Member of the Technology Maintenance Council, (TMC) which over sees maintenance best practices for the trucking industry for 60 years.
Cameron has over 7 years of environmental, health, safety, and DOT experience serving most recently as a consultant to the solid waste industry. In her career, she has held various leadership roles in the areas of risk management and OSHA, EPA, and DOT compliance.
Alfred Ponce has over twenty-six years of senior management experience, along with fourteen years of experience in information systems. Al has a very strong background in business technology information systems related to the Waste Industry, which includes RFID technology, interrogator and monitoring systems. Prior to joining the team in 2011 Mr. Ponce held positions with Dell Inc., Lockheed Martin, Tapestry Solutions (A Boeing Co.), and prior to these positions, served our country retiring from the U.S. Army with over twenty-one years of service.
